Ninja HyperHeat 9‑in‑1 Electric Pressure Cooker — 6.5‑Qt (Stone Purple)
Product description
This 9‑in‑1 electric pressure cooker consolidates many countertop tools into one appliance. It handles pressure cooking, slow cooking, rice and grain cooking, steaming, sous vide, searing/sautéing, yogurt making and more in a compact design tailored for everyday use.
Powered by a 1200‑watt HyperHeat heating system, the cooker builds pressure quickly to cut down overall cook time compared with traditional slow methods. The wide 9.5‑inch cooking surface gives ample room to sear and brown ingredients before pressure cooking, so you can develop deeper flavor without dirtying extra pans.
The unit ships with a removable 6.5‑quart SimpliServe pot finished in a ceramic nonstick coating that is 100% PFAS‑free and intended for easy wiping and washing. The capacity accommodates a 4‑lb chicken or a 5‑lb roast, making it suitable for family meals that serve up to eight to ten people.
What’s included in the box: the 6.5‑qt removable SimpliServe pot, the 1200‑watt HyperHeat base, pressure cooker lid, and a quick start guide with five‑plus chef‑developed recipes. Use the cooker to brown and sauté on the large surface, then pressure cook, slow cook or sous vide in the same vessel and serve directly from the removable pot.

Smart long‑term buy
Very happy with this purchase. It holds pressure reliably with no leaks, is durable and the size is just right. I’m still dialing in cook times coming from stovetop models, but it’s a great machine overall.

Mostly great, but watch the rice
It handles large portions with no babysitting, and chicken comes out very tender. However, my rice often ends up too soft and mushy even when I follow recipes closely. Otherwise it’s been a huge time saver.

Excellent build and efficiency
I’m really pleased with this cooker. Ninja gear is efficient and easy to handle; the pot seals well and the nonstick surface makes cleanup straightforward. Performance earns a solid ten out of ten from me.

Great starter pressure cooker
This was my first pressure cooker and it’s very user‑friendly. Nine functions give lots of options and you can brown meat right in the pot so flavors stay in the dish. I’ve made birria in under two hours and pulled pork—both turned out tender and delicious.

Quick meals that actually deliver
I’ve owned other Ninja appliances and chose this one over a stainless option. No regrets. The pressure cook setting gets food done in about ten minutes for many dishes—beans, meats and more—and the Sear/Sauté lets me brown ingredients right in the pot. Flavor and texture have been excellent in my tests.

Daily go‑to for soups and beans
I use it every day—safe, convenient and simple. My favorite is a veggie soup with unsoaked black beans: pressure cook beans 10 minutes, add veggies and seasonings, then pressure cook another 10 and it’s perfect. Much less scary than old stove top pressure cookers.

A dependable all‑around cooker
Easy to operate and speeds up meal prep. Food turns out tender and full of flavor. The 6.5‑qt size fits my family well, and being able to sear then pressure cook in one pot saves time and reduces dishes. Highly recommend for home cooks.

Simply excellent!
Simply excellent, like other Ninja products I’ve owned. Don’t hesitate to buy. I only wish there were a larger capacity option.
