Le Creuset Enameled Cast Iron Deep Round Oven – 6.5 qt, Sea Salt
Product description
This deep round oven includes the pot body and a matching tight-fitting lid designed to trap steam and return moisture to the food, preserving flavor and tenderness. Constructed from cast iron with a durable vitreous enamel exterior and a light-colored interior enamel, it arrives ready to use and does not require seasoning. The smooth interior enamel makes it easier to watch browning and to clean after use. The cookware’s tall walls and added depth help contain splatters and reduce boilovers without taking up extra stovetop space.
Handles and the knob are shaped for comfortable lifting and maneuvering, even when full. The enamel finish resists dulling, staining, chipping and cracking under normal use. Compatible with all cooktops, the piece is oven-safe to 500°F and may be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning, though handwashing will preserve the finish longest. Capacity: 6.5 quarts; materials: cast iron body with enamel coating; includes: pot and lid.

Classic performance and size
It’s a Le Creuset — reliable and worth it. I already own larger pieces but needed a smaller pot for single-person meals. The color matches my set and the snug lid keeps liquids and flavors locked in during long cooks.

Worth the investment
I’m fairly new to cooking beyond basics and wanted reliable tools. This Dutch oven holds heat for ages, the enamel cleans easily, and the color is gorgeous. I’ve fried chicken, made chili and soups with great results. It feels built to last and should serve for decades.

Dependable quality
Excellent build and very durable. Heavy but manageable to lift. Retains heat very well and cleans up easily. Pricier than some options, but worth the cost for longevity.
