Valencia Pro 11" Ceramic Grill Pan — Hard-Anodized, Induction Ready
Product description
What’s included: one 11-inch (28 cm) grill pan.
Construction and coating: The body is forged from hard-anodized aluminum that’s been pre-treated and anodized for extra strength and scratch resistance. Its cooking surface features a Thermolon-style mineral ceramic coating, reinforced with diamond particles for improved durability and release. The nonstick layer is formulated without PFAS, PFOA, lead or cadmium and is rated for use with metal utensils in everyday cooking.
Base and compatibility: A magnetic induction-ready base (Magneto) is bonded to the pan to ensure efficient energy transfer across all stovetop types, including induction. The pan’s ribbed interior recreates grill searing and airflow for attractive marks and reduced contact with fats.
Handle and oven use: A polished stainless steel handle with a V-shaped cutout stays cooler at the stovetop and allows oven-to-table movement. The pan is oven and broiler rated to high temperatures (pan up to 600°F; broiler/with lids up to lower temps as indicated by manufacturer guidance).
Care and daily use: Designed for even heat distribution to brown, sear and sauté with minimal sticking. Most spills wipe away easily, and the pan is dishwasher-safe for convenience, though hand-washing can extend the finish. Follow the included care instructions for best performance and longevity. Limited lifetime coverage is offered by the manufacturer.

A solid choice
Well-made and reliable — a great pan to keep in the kitchen.

Lost its slickness quickly
The nonstick seemed fine only for the first few uses. After that food stuck even with butter or oil, which was disappointing.

Transforms indoor grilling
This pan changed how I grill inside. Fish sears with clear grill marks and stays tender. Heat spreads evenly. I stick to nonmetal utensils just to be safe. Great for bad-weather cooking or when outdoor grilling isn’t an option. Cleans easily and tucks away without taking much room.

Top grilling pan so far
Heats evenly and washes up easily. Love the size and robust feel. I reach for it often and it beats firing up the outdoor grill in summer heat.

Outperforms expectations
It rivals outdoor grilling for flavor and marks, and maintains steady, even heat. The ceramic finish releases food well and wipes clean. Sturdy handles make lifting easy. Follow the care notes about medium heat to protect the coating. Very satisfied overall.

Solid build but not for everyone
Nice, weighty pan with a firm base that should resist warping if treated sensibly. I returned mine because I didn’t need ridges—would prefer a flat-bottom version. A snug lid would improve it.

Quality and easy to clean
Nonstick performance is good. I wash by hand and avoid plunging a hot pan into cold water. After three uses I haven’t had any issues.

A trusted pick for nonstick cookware
I replaced older nonstick sets with this series based on lab recommendations and past experience. These pans look and perform consistently well compared with lesser-coated alternatives I owned.

Generous size, cooks beautifully
The 28 cm diameter is much larger than some competitors and perfect for steaks. I lightly seasoned it before first use to avoid sticking. Handy to have a matching lid purchased separately. Not overly heavy and cleans up easily by hand.

Does exactly what I needed
Bought it for my gas range and it’s been perfect for burgers, chops, and chicken breasts. Heats uniformly and cleans without fuss. Follow the manual—avoid very high flames and certain sprays. It does the job I wanted.

Induction-friendly with real grill marks
I needed a grill pan that performs on induction without the cast-iron weight. This one heats fast, creates good sear lines, and is simple to clean. For absolute steak purists who demand heavy cast-iron sears, it won’t fully replace that, but for most cooks this is a lighter, high-performing alternative.
