10-inch Nonstick Deep Skillet — Saute Pan with Lid

Product description

Swiss nonstick finish: The pan is finished with ILAG Swiss nonstick granite coating and contains no intentionally added PFOA. It’s designed to reduce the amount of oil needed and to limit smoking while cooking.

Construction and base: The cooking body uses a die-cast aluminum core for rigidity and fast, even heat transfer. The underside features a magnetic stainless steel base so the pan functions on all cooktops, including induction.

Size and capacity: This sauté-style deep skillet measures 10 inches across, stands about 2.7 inches tall and holds approximately 3.5 quarts. Its depth makes it suitable for sautéing, stir-frying, shallow or deeper frying, boiling and simmering dishes with sauce.

Lid and handle: A tempered glass lid is included so you can monitor food without lifting the cover. The main handle is a woodgrain bakelite design that remains comfortable to hold and is intended to stay cooler than the pan body during stovetop use.

Useful design details: The pan has a pour spout for draining liquids and oils, a smooth interior without rivets to minimize food catch and make cleaning easier, and is intended to be wiped or washed with warm, soapy water after use.

    Perfect size, great performance

    Just the right pan for my needs. Food doesn’t stick, it rinses off quickly and I own three sizes now. Replaced my old pans with these.

    My go-to skillet

    This has become my favorite pan: durable, handle stays cool, and it nearly wipes clean. The calming color lifts my kitchen mood. I’ve ordered another size in mint and plan to expand the set.

    Solid quality and presentation

    Very pleased — it arrived well packaged and looks quality-built. The handle needs a screw to attach but a screwdriver was provided, which I appreciated. Heats evenly, no scratches and it’s fairly light for its size.

    Nice pan, pour spout placement odd

    Overall so far so good. My only complaint is the pour indentation is on the opposite side of where I naturally hold it, which makes spooning and pouring awkward for right-handed use.

    Surprisingly solid ceramic-style finish

    I added this as a second nonstick and it’s been impressive. The 3.5 qt size is right for two portions, it fits my 8" electric burner and heats evenly. The handle and lid don’t feel hot, I use less oil and nothing sticks. Cleanup is simple and a screwdriver was included for attaching the handle. Two months in with no problems.

    Reliable everyday skillet

    I enjoy this pan — it heats uniformly and wipes clean easily. I like that the handle fasteners sit outside so there are no interior rivets to trap food. The handles stay cool and it looks good. My only gripe is the pouring notch is on the awkward side for my grip.

    Best nonstick I’ve owned

    After decades of cooking and replacing pans yearly, I wouldn’t switch again. This one wipes clean with a paper towel no matter what I cook. Main handle stays cool so no pot holder needed. The helper handle helps when lifting and pouring (it does warm up). Very sturdy with a handy pour spout — I’ll likely buy another as a gift.

    Has been a joy to use

    Bought it to add to a set and after two weeks it’s performed wonderfully. Extremely nonstick, heats and cools quickly, and the woodgrain look is classy. Sits nicely on my shelf and is lighter than expected.

    Great deep skillet with lid

    Sought a deep pan for paella and everyday use and this fits the bill. It includes a lid and the 28cm-ish size is versatile. The handle arrives unmounted but a screwdriver is supplied. Lightweight, well-built, eggs slide right off and cleanup is easy. The extra depth is handy for saucy dishes.

    A bit awkward for my novice style

    I probably should have picked a shallower model. I find it tricky to flip some items. I only cook for one person, so that added depth becomes cumbersome.

    Arrived damaged — lid won’t seat

    The pan I received was warped on the side so the lid won’t sit properly. Very disappointing to get a flawed unit.
