EXTRA-LARGE COOKING AREA: The flat top measures 10 x 20 inches, giving ample room to prepare multiple servings at once — pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers and vegetables can all cook together.

TEMPERATURE RANGE AND CONTROL: The griddle uses an adjustable thermostat that operates from roughly 200°F up to about 420°F, allowing you to gently warm items or crank up heat for searing. The temperature module is removable for cleaning.

HEALTHIER COOKING DESIGN: A drip tray collects excess oil and grease during use so food cooks with less added fat. The cooking surface features a nonstick coating to reduce the need for oil and to help release food easily.

EASY TO CLEAN: The plated cooktop is designed to be fully immersible once the temperature control is removed; it’s also dishwasher-safe for straightforward cleanup.

    Really pleased with this griddle

    Crispy results every time

    Gets hot enough for crunchy hashbrowns and produces an even, golden crust on sandwiches and pancakes. Runs a bit hotter than older units I've used, so I dial the temp down slowly. Nothing has stuck yet and the surface seems very slick. Dishwasher-safe finish is a plus.

    Great nonstick and size

    Loved it. Very practical with excellent nonstick performance. I bought the XL and for burgers I sometimes move them to the edge where the heat runs hotter when flipping.

    Quality feel and attractive finish. Nonstick surface is excellent and it warmed up quickly. The grease drain and cup made bacon cleanup easy. It seems to heat evenly and produced good results with eggs and bacon.
