Built from hard‑anodized aluminum, the pan promotes quick, consistent heat across the entire surface so food cooks evenly. The cooking surface is finished with a three‑layer nonstick coating engineered for strong release and straightforward cleanup; it tolerates use of metal utensils without compromising performance.
The griddle is equipped with riveted stainless steel handles that are raised off the cooking surface to help them stay cooler and to provide a secure grip for lifting and moving. It’s oven safe up to 400°F (204°C) and is compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops (it is not suitable for induction).
