Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach
1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli
1 cup sour cream
1 (1 1/4-ounce) envelope onion soup mix
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Thaw and cook the frozen broccoli and spinach according to package directions until heated through and tender. Drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture—pressing or squeezing in a clean towel or using a fine-mesh strainer helps achieve a creamy texture.
In a bowl, combine the drained vegetables with the sour cream and the onion soup mix. Stir until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbling. If desired, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end to add a lightly browned top.
