Ultimate Smoothie Recipe You’ll Crave Every Morning

One of my New Year’s goals was to include more raw fruits and vegetables in my daily diet. A simple, delicious way to do that is by enjoying a smoothie as a snack or even as a light meal.

When I make a smoothie as a meal—usually for breakfast or lunch—I often use greens like kale, spinach or lettuce and add carrot juice plus a scoop of protein powder. The protein gives the drink more body and helps keep me full longer. For a snack, I usually keep things fruit-only, sometimes stirring in a spoonful or two of vanilla Greek yogurt to create a creamier, shake-like texture.

One afternoon I had leftover fruit from a party platter and decided to toss everything into the blender. The result was incredible—the best combination I’ve tried so far. It’s a pure, fruit-forward smoothie made with only three ingredients: no juice, no ice, just fresh fruit. Simple, clean, and packed with flavor.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Watermelon
  • Pineapple
  • Red grapes

For this batch I used large chunks of leftover fruit and blended them in a Bullet Blender. Measurements below are approximate—feel free to adjust based on sweetness and texture preferences.

Three-Fruit Smoothie

The recipe:

1 cup large chunks seedless watermelon

1/2 cup large chunks pineapple

1/2 cup red seedless grapes

Place all fruit in a blender and process until completely smooth. Serve immediately and garnish with a small pineapple slice or a watermelon wedge, if desired.

This smoothie is incredibly refreshing—the watermelon really shines and gives the drink a naturally light, juicy base. The pineapple adds bright tropical notes while the red grapes round out the sweetness and add body.

If you enjoy these fruits, this simple blend won’t disappoint. It’s quick to make, naturally hydrating, and perfect for warm days or any time you want a fresh, fruity boost.

Enjoy!
