WORKPRO 6" Needle Nose Pliers — Smooth-Jaw Mini Long Nose with Comfort Grip
Product description
High-quality materials: The pliers are formed from drop-forged carbon steel and finished with nickel plating to resist rust and corrosion. The jaws receive a high-frequency edge treatment to improve wear resistance and tip durability.
Ergonomic handles: Dual-material TPR handles combine a soft touch with firmer inner cores to deliver a comfortable, anti-slip grip that helps limit hand fatigue during extended use.
Self-opening spring design: A double spring shrapnel sits between the handles so the tool opens automatically after each squeeze, enabling easier operation with two or three fingers in cramped spaces and reducing repetitive strain.
Versatile applications: These needle-nose pliers are made for snipping, bending, wrapping, straightening, and shaping wire and small components—useful for jewelry making, watch and clock repair, guitar maintenance, electronics, and removing supports from 3D prints.
What’s included: One 6" smooth-jaw needle nose plier, sized for work in tight areas and detailed tasks where a long, narrow tip is required.
Pros
- Durable drop-forged carbon steel with nickel plating
- Comfortable bi-material TPR handles
- Self-opening double-spring action
Cons
- Smooth jaws offer less bite on slippery parts

VerdictThese 6" needle nose pliers offer good value for hobbyists and light trades. Smooth Jaws Slip on Small Parts
They’re okay overall, but the smooth tips tend to slide off some pieces. A knurled surface would improve grip for tiny components.

Fantastic needle-nose for my jewelry projects—precise, comfortable, and reliable for delicate bends and wire work.

Perfect for Removing 3D Print Supports
Thin tip gets into tight spots on printed parts and the grips keep a good hold. Ideal for popping out supports without damaging details.

Solid for 3D Support Removal
Nice feel and finish. These don’t bend or twist oddly when pulling supports and the handle/metal quality seem good for the price.

Compact but Highly Useful
Great little tool for small jobs. Narrow tips reach confined areas and the smooth jaws prevent heavy marking on wire. Comfortable grip and good tip alignment make precise bends and adjustments easy—sturdy despite being lightweight.

Comfortable, Affordable Option
A solid, budget-friendly set that does what I need. The padded handles stay comfortable through longer sessions and the size is great for detail work. Over time the springs loosen a bit, but they remain useful. The inside surfaces are smooth and functional—good for hobbyists and beginners who need an inexpensive pair for jewelry or beading.

Handy for 3D Print Cleanup, Limited Leverage
Picked these up to tidy 3D prints and they excel at getting into small gaps. The straight tip slips between limbs and hair without mangling the model, and the bent tip reaches awkward angles. Smooth jaws avoid marks unless squeezed really hard. At 6" you lose mechanical advantage on thick supports and the tips flex slightly under extreme torque; handles are a bit small for larger hands.

Disappointed by Build Quality
Quality felt lower than expected for the brand. I’d recommend looking at cheaper options first, since the performance seemed comparable.

Workable but Inconsistent QC
They do the job, but I found a manufacturing burr on one jaw that cut me when removing the protective oil. One tip also sits slightly off-axis; I’ll file the burr and try to realign it. Overall functional, but expect some finish roughness on certain units.
