VOCIC AX35 Electric Chair Lift — Mobile Floor Recovery Device
Product description
Room-to-room assistance: Built to move a person short distances without lifting, the unit uses four smooth casters that roll over carpet, tile and hardwood to reposition a seated user between nearby rooms. It is intended for short transfers rather than extended transport.
Compact folding design: The seat and armrests fold nearly flat so the lifter stores in tight spaces such as bathrooms or beside a bed. The overall frame is lightweight for a mobility device, allowing easier handling and placement when not in use.
Operation and controls: The package includes a rechargeable battery and a wired handheld remote that operates the lift mechanism. A lap belt is provided to help secure the user on the seat. Simple controls allow slow, controlled lifting from near-floor positions to an elevated sitting posture.
Capacity and materials: The frame legs are made from aluminum for dependable support while keeping the unit relatively light. The lift is rated to support up to 350 lbs and includes wheel locks to hold the device steady during transfer.
Safety-focused base: A T-shaped stabilized base reduces the chance of tipping during a lift. The low-profile seat when fully lowered is intended to make it easier for most people to slide or be guided onto the chair from the floor.
Use case: Designed primarily for elderly users or those with limited strength, the device helps recover from floor-level falls and enables brief, caregiver-assisted moves without hoisting. It aims to increase user confidence and lower caregiver strain in everyday scenarios.

Failed on first use — unsafe for vulnerable users
We bought this for my father-in-law (≈220 lbs) to avoid manual lifting, but the connection hardware failed the first time it was used, leaving the lift unstable. That was alarming because it’s meant for vulnerable people. My mother-in-law cannot reasonably disassemble or return such a large item, so a pickup option from the manufacturer would be necessary in cases like this.

Light, dependable and great support
This is my second unit from the maker. It’s lighter than other models yet robust in use — a dependable workhorse to lift from floor to sitting. I plan to travel with it. The company’s customer support resolved a minor order issue quickly and professionally, which sealed the deal for me.

Solid build and saved the day
Assembly was straightforward — about 15 minutes. The battery had some charge out of the box. My wife fell the day after it arrived and this device let me get her up without calling for outside help. It’s a bit heavy to lift, but it rolls smoothly; remember to lock the wheels during a lift.

A real lifesaver for Parkinson’s care
We’ve been using this for four months to help my father who has Parkinson’s. It’s made transfers much safer for us. It doesn’t always sit completely flush with the floor, so I still have to help an inch or so. The lift is intentionally slow — which may be better for someone who has leg swelling or freezing issues. We had one difficult extraction from a car where emergency responders ended up assisting, but otherwise it’s been invaluable.

Gives peace of mind for sudden dizziness
I have sudden dizzy spells and this device has greatly reduced my worry. Setup was easy and it folds nearly flat for storage. It handled lifting me from the floor without any trouble.

Works well but seat is narrow
Performs as expected. Only the rear wheels swivel on my unit; I’d prefer all four to pivot. The rear handles and armrests could have firmer locks. It handled our elderly parent easily (rated capacity cited by seller differs), but the seat is tight for larger adults and may require a few adjustments. It arrives mostly assembled with clear instructions and some charge on the battery.

Reliable, controlled lifting
This chair has a rechargeable battery and a wired handheld control. It’s highly mobile with rotating rear wheels and front casters. When lowered it’s low enough for most people to get onto, and the seat belt adds security. A button press raises the seat slowly and smoothly — feels safe and solid.

Expensive but indispensable for falls
Costly, yet extremely helpful when an older person can slide or lift a hip onto the seat. It’s sturdy, locks securely and lets you roll the person where they need to go after a fall. For caring for someone with dementia it’s a relief to have this tool available.
