Hanging Hammock for Rats, Ferrets & Small Pets — 4-Pack Soft Beds

Product description

Set contents and design: This listing is for a pack of four hanging hammocks intended as extras for small-animal enclosures. Each unit is a square pad with reinforced corners and attachment loops so it can be suspended inside a cage or fixed into a corner.

Materials and construction: The sleeping surface uses a plush arctic-style fleece that feels soft and insulating, while the underside is made from a tougher linen-like fabric to resist wear. The combination helps keep smaller pets warm without sacrificing resilience against scratching or general use.

Dimensions and compatible pets: Each hammock measures approximately 13.4 inches by 13.4 inches, a size that fits many small animals that like to burrow or tuck themselves away — examples include rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, and hedgehogs.

How to install and use: Attach the hammock by fastening the loops to stable points in the cage or by securing it into a corner so it won’t swing loose. The suspended design increases usable vertical space and creates additional hiding and play areas.

Care instructions: Remove the metal or plastic fasteners before cleaning. The fabric can be hand-washed or put in a washing machine on a gentle cycle; allow to air dry or use low heat. Regular washing keeps the hammock fresh and comfortable for pets.

Pros

  • Soft, warm fleece surface
  • Sturdy linen backing for durability

VerdictA versatile set of cozy hanging beds that expands cage space and gives small pets extra spots to nap, hide, and explore. Installation is simple — attach to cage bars or corners with the included fasteners — and maintenance is straightforward since they can be laundered once the hooks are removed. Sizes s
