Measure and time your molding
I left it in boiling water too long at first. Five to seven seconds in near-boiling, then a quick cool dip and bite to shape worked perfectly. I wear it nightly and my grinding has stopped.

Good fit and value

Too thick for small mouths
After fitting, the guard was simply too bulky for my smaller mouth. Others may have better luck, but I can't use these.

Clear instructions but not a fit

Doesn't reach the back teeth for me
Well made and thick, but the front edge sits high on my gums and the inner taper pushes my back teeth inward. I tried heating and stretching without success; uncomfortable for my adult jaw.

Surprisingly comfortable
This is my second guard and it's better than the last. It's thicker but the semi-gel feel is comfy all night. It looks wide when unmolded, but it shapes easily when warm.
