Shock-absorbing bungee: The leash core contains an elastic section that extends from roughly 50" to 75" to smooth out sudden pulls. Handles two big dogs easily

Great design but pocket failed early
Worked wonderfully during wrist recovery and the layout is thoughtful. Unfortunately the phone pocket ripped and the zipper came off on my first run, even with a small phone. Disappointing given the limited use.

Comfortable, sturdy and effective
The wide padded belt stops the pull force from digging into my lower back; it spreads weight evenly. Hooked to a Halti-style harness it greatly reduced pulling. The leash stretches long for running but also shortens back up, and the two handles are handy for tight control.

Ideal during recovery

Much better than the previous one
This model beats my last strap. It has two outer pockets plus a larger center pocket that fits a smaller phone; the zipper and build feel solid. The bungee gives enough give that my 145 lb Rottweiler gets a gentle cue when I run, and I have the support to manage his reactivity on trails.
