Warning — residue and heating element issues
My unit arrived coated in manufacturing oil and produced black residue after cleaning. Even after repeated scrubbing, the heating area produced soot-like particles that entered the water with each use. Rust stains also appeared on the bottom after initial use. I’m disappointed and stopped using it.
