Specialty Brew creates a concentrated shot you can blend with hot or cold frothed milk (including dairy-free alternatives) to make lattes, macchiatos, cappuccinos and other specialty beverages. The built-in fold-away frother whips hot or cold milk into smooth foam, then tucks away when not in use. The frother is removable for cleaning.
Brew six serving sizes—from a single Cup, XL Cup, Travel Mug and Multi-Serve Travel Mug to a Half Carafe or Full Carafe—so you can prepare just one cup or a full 50-oz. (10-cup) glass carafe. No pods are required; use your preferred ground coffee to make single-serve drinks or larger batches.
The unit includes a permanent filter, removable filter holder, 50-oz. glass carafe, a fold-away frother, a 40-oz. removable water reservoir for easy sink filling, and the Ninja Smart Scoop. Key components—the glass carafe, brew-through lid, permanent filter, removable filter holder, water reservoir, frother whisk and scoop—are top-rack dishwasher safe for convenient cleanup.
A drip-stop feature helps prevent messes when removing the carafe, and an automatic shutoff powers the machine down after one hour of inactivity. Designed for everyday use, it combines flexible brewing options with straightforward maintenance and included accessories.

Fantastic for iced and single-serve
Iced coffee turns out really well with our beans. Classic mode gives a solid hot cup. Coffee isn't steaming when I pour cream, but reheating cream briefly solves that. The drip stop keeps things tidy. Exactly what we needed for quick single-serve drinks.

Great Keurig alternative

Good carafe performance, some tips
After several full and half carafes I recommend not overdoing the scoop amount for a full pot—too many scoops equals bitterness. Coarse grind works best with quality beans. The attached scoop is convenient. Expect an occasional small drip when removing the full carafe and be mindful of cleaning the reservoir area over time.
