Ingredients
  • 250g punnet of organic strawberries
  • 200g natural Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp activated pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Rinse the strawberries, pat dry and halve them. Place the strawberries in a serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek-style yoghurt with the honey and a pinch of cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Spoon the cinnamon-spiked yoghurt over the strawberries, then scatter the chopped activated pecans and coconut flakes on top.
  4. If you prefer extra sweetness, drizzle a little more raw honey over the assembled dish. Serve immediately.
