Ab Roller Wheel Core Trainer with Knee Pads & Bands (Black)
Product description
Built to last: The roller uses a high-strength stainless steel shaft designed to support up to 600 lbs. The wheel measures 3.2 inches in width and features a non-slip surface that reduces wobble on most floors. Handles are wrapped in foam padding to keep hands steady during intense reps.
Fast setup and travel-friendly: The unit assembles in under a minute and breaks down compactly for storage. It tucks easily into a gym bag, backpack or suitcase so you can train at home, outdoors or while traveling.
Whole-body core trainer: This ab wheel isn’t just for the rectus abdominis—it recruits hip flexors, shoulders and the lower back for a full core challenge. Use it for rollouts, angled progressions and assisted movements to burn calories and improve posture and stability.
Complete accessory pack: The package includes two resistance bands, two knee pads, two push-up handle grips and one exercise guide. Bands can be attached to the wheel or the handle grips to increase resistance or assist motion, making the kit appropriate for beginners through advanced trainees.
Satisfaction & gifting: Backed by a satisfaction commitment, it’s presented as a practical gift for anyone building a home gym. The combination of durable materials, accessories and a training guide aims to help users get started safely and progress over time.

Excellent budget roller
For the price this is a very good piece of equipment for home training. It hit my abs hard as a beginner and I had a couple weeks of soreness, but you adapt. Wheel is quiet and rubberized; grips are comfortable.

Everything was great
I liked that the small mats were included. The roller is comfy to hold (better with gloves). It hurts at first but quickly gets easier. Great for a small home gym.

Start slowly
Go easy at first. It builds abdominal strength and also strengthens the entire core and lower back.

Good workout but small annoyances
Solid workout and I liked the manual. The wheel rolls smoothly and it’s very portable, but it’s a bit tricky to master. The knee pads tend to slip and that’s annoying. Haven’t tested for weight loss yet.

Felt it in two days — sturdy and smooth
I tried it right away and only did a few rollouts; two days later I felt it. The build feels solid and it glides smoothly. Suitable for beginners and those wanting to advance core strength. Compact and looks durable—excited to keep using it.

Concerned about hernia risk
I rolled out a little and felt a burning in the lower belly; I had an inguinal hernia repaired years ago. I checked with my surgeon who advised caution. For now I use it sparingly and avoid full rollouts; I’ll stop if pain returns.

Smooth, solid, and challenging
Rolls smoothly and was easy to assemble. Sturdy enough for my 140 lb frame and it really challenges the core. The included exercise ideas were a nice bonus. Highly recommended.
