   Great value for a large frame

   This exceeded the older frames we’ve owned. The large, clear photos and customizable settings (weather, time, slideshow speed, timers) are impressive. Offline viewing keeps photos visible without constant internet; you only need a connection to send new content. The app's free tier restricts batch uploads, but overall it’s a solid buy.

   Good clarity; use SD for bulk uploads

   Had it a week and the picture quality is excellent. The Frameo app limits uploads to small groups and videos are short via the app, but loading an SD card is much faster and allows longer videos. Shuffle can reduce how many photos appear, so I reverted to date order and am happy. Buying another one.

   Crisp display and handy features

   Display is very sharp. I moved photos over via USB with no trouble. The Frameo app expands what the frame can do—calendar and other extras—but the free app limits uploads to small batches. Once you try the larger screen you’ll appreciate it.

   Minor setup hiccup, then great

   There was a tiny issue during the initial setup that we figured out quickly. Once connected it was super easy to add old photos and the sleep schedule is useful. It has plenty of features, backup memory, and I’ll definitely buy another.

   Works well once set up

   Arrived quickly and intact. It took a little getting used to during setup and sometimes images need a refresh, but photos upload reliably. I recommend sending pictures in small batches to avoid upload hiccups. If you have room, the 15.6" model is a noticeable upgrade over smaller options.

   Grandma-friendly — I can send photos to her

   My grandma, who dislikes technology, calls it the best gift she ever got. A modest annual subscription unlocks extra remote management features and longer uploads, which makes it even more useful. Setup was easy, videos play at a comfortable volume, and the display looks beautiful.

   Loved by the recipients

   Bought two for family members and they were a hit. Great for wedding and baby photos. The size is excellent and allowing others to send pictures makes it very meaningful. Setup and daily use are simple.

Setup was straightforward and it’s been well worth it for keeping everyone connected.

    Wi‑Fi uploads can be finicky

    Uploading via Wi‑Fi was unstable for me; transfers sometimes stalled and required reboots. Copying directly from a PC with a cable or using an SD card was more reliable. If wireless transfer is essential, be prepared for occasional troubleshooting.

    Upgraded after trying smaller model

    We started with a 10" and found it too small across the room, so we bought the 15.6" and were delighted. The larger images made a big difference. The app is easy and sharing codes let family add photos without hassle.
