Heavy-Duty Orthotic Support Insoles — High-Arch Plantar Fasciitis Relief
Product description
Included: One pair of orthotic insoles sized to fit standard men’s and women’s shoes; trim-to-fit guidelines included so you can cut them to your exact shoe size.
Materials & construction: Dual PORON cushioning layers deliver high-performance shock absorption and dual elasticity. A full PU layer forms the sole for cushioning and long-term durability. The top layer is a skin-friendly, sweatproof fabric that promotes breathability and helps keep feet cool.
Support design: The insoles use an ergonomic 'Golden Triangle' support layout with three-point contact across the forefoot, arch, and heel to reduce pressure on sensitive areas and ease walking stress associated with plantar fasciitis and high arches.
Stability features: A deep U-shaped heel cup centers and stabilizes the heel to limit side-to-side movement and enhance footing during walking or running. The contouring creates a secure, dynamic fit across different shoe types.
How to use: Trim to size following the printed template, insert into clean shoes with the sockliner removed, and wear progressively to allow a short break-in. Suitable for athletic shoes, work boots, and everyday footwear; designed to accommodate heavier users when extra support is needed.

Does the job, toe area tighter
Decent insoles that provide a comfortable feel. The toe box seemed a bit tighter in several shoe brands so I noticed a small gap at the front, but overall they perform well.

Not comfortable for my toes
They helped a bit, but after a day my toes started hurting. I removed them and returned to my old insoles. They might work for others, just not for me.

This is a horrible choice. It has Cancer warnings on it and it doesn't work at a 5/5
Immediate difference in work boots
Very comfortable — the heel cushioning made an immediate improvement in my work boots. Proper size, easy to fit, and far better than pricier options I tried. Good value and my back feels better.

Excellent support for seniors
Swapped out the glued-in cushions in casual shoes and the improvement was clear. These hold the foot well, support the arch, and cushion the heel. They clean up easily when washing shoes.

No blisters on a tough hike
I used these in sneakers for a trip and hikes up to high elevation and didn’t get a single blister. I broke them in with short walks beforehand — very impressed by the performance.

Great for golf and walks
I put these in my golf shoes and they’re very comfortable. Played several rounds with no issues. They stabilize my footing during the swing, are simple to install, and I use two pairs for golf and walking.

Shoes feel noticeably more comfortable
Firm but not painful, they fit well in my work shoes and add solid support for high arches and flat feet. Sturdy around the arch and heel — my shoes are much more comfortable now.

Slow progress; check foot concerns
Foot pain began to ease after the first week. Not cloud-soft, but provides decent support for the price. If you have specific foot conditions, you may want to ask a specialist first.
