  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp fresh gingeruse less for a milder ginger flavor
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • a pinch of allspice

Instructions
