Denim Iron-On Repair Roll 3" x 60" — Cotton Patch for Jeans
Product description
Revive beloved jeans and jackets with a long denim repair roll that both patches holes and lets you add custom touches. The product is a 3 x 60 inch denim strip made from 100% cotton, intended to cover tears, fraying, or worn areas and to refresh the look of garments.
The adhesive is a 0.2mm hot‑melt film laminated to the fabric. It has been tested through multiple wash and dry cycles and is formulated to remain bonded. A compact sewing kit is included so you can reinforce repairs by stitching if you prefer extra strength.
Application is straightforward: cut the amount you need from the roll, position it on the repair area (usable on the inside or the outside), and apply heat. For best results, press with an iron at about 230°F for roughly one minute. There is no paper backing to remove; the material is ready to place and heat.
Made from environmentally friendlier materials, the cotton denim and adhesive are designed to avoid strong chemical odors and to minimize excess glue migration during ironing. The roll format makes it easy to trim pieces to fit anything from small tears to large panels.
If the patch will face heavy abrasion or repeated kneeling, combine ironing with a few reinforcing stitches from the included kit to extend life and performance.

Peels after washing for me
Looked fine at first but began to lift after the initial wash.

Worked well if the denim still has structure
Adhered nicely, but my pants were too worn to save. Recommend when the denim has some life left; unsure for heavy kneeling work.

Edges can be scratchy
The cut edges felt a bit sharp against skin.

Simple to apply and held up
Cut pieces to size for holes near pockets and reattached belt loops by sewing through the patch. Easy to iron on and plenty left for future fixes.

Keeps favorites wearable
Irons on quickly and survived 15+ normal washes for me. Dryer on medium hasn't ruined the patches.

Great replacement for sewing in many cases
Strong adhesion closed a knee tear after I trimmed frayed edges and ironed first. I set my iron between silk and cotton on a dial model and it bonded in a minute. Liked the color and value.

Holding up so far on outdoor fabric
Applied to a canvas cover that had multiple rips; stayed put after rain. I’ll watch performance through sun and snow exposure.

Discreet when used inside pants
Used on the inside of my daughter's jeans for school; less visible on areas with white threads. Turned pants inside out and protected surrounding fabric while ironing. One roll fixed three pairs with room to spare.
