Material and construction: This is a luxury heavyweight flannel made from preshrunk 100% cotton, finished at approximately 200 GSM (about 6 ounces) and brushed for a velvety hand. The fabric is designed to be warm, thick and breathable while offering a soft, cozy surface. Available colorways include white, ivory, charcoal grey, heather grey pinstripe, heather blue stripe and red/grey plaid.
Origin and certification: Developed and manufactured by Dormisette in Germany. The product carries OEKO‑TEX Standard 100 certification, meaning dyes, fabrics and accessories are tested and verified to be free from harmful levels of a wide range of substances.
Care and use: To help preserve color and print vibrancy, turn items inside out before washing. Use non-bleach detergents and wash colored items separately the first time. Ironing on high is possible; recommended wash temperature around 60°C. The brushed finish and corner ties (in some models) make the cover comfortable, warm and simple to secure around a duvet insert.

Lovely pinstripe that gets cozier
The heather gray pinstripe is a warm shade with darker ticking. At first it looked a bit more rumpled than the photos, but the color and plush feel won me over. After a year it has developed slight pilling that actually makes it feel even more snug.

Top-tier flannel
Extremely satisfied. Dormisette makes rare, high-quality flannel — very soft with excellent craftsmanship. I’ll pick up another color and recommend it. I also ordered their sheets.

German quality is obvious
One of my favorite buys. It holds up through many washes, stays thick and seems to soften more each time. There are ties in two corners to help secure the duvet. The weight makes morning bed-making quick. I’ll buy more. Es ist sehr toll!!

Durability issues
Extremely soft but it shed quite a bit and a seam tore after the first wash.
