Size and build: 9 inches in diameter with a generous rim for sealing and decorative crimping; sturdy side handles for stable oven-to-counter transfers. Oven safe up to 550°F for a variety of baking and roasting uses.
Safety and materials: the coating is formulated without PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead, or cadmium. The body’s aluminized-steel construction provides even browning and resists hotspots.
Care: preheat the oven before inserting the pan and avoid heating it empty. Lightly dust or grease per your recipe. Allow to cool fully before cleaning; hand wash with warm, soapy water. Not recommended for regular dishwasher use.

Heavy-duty and great nonstick
Plenty of room for filling; the polished handles are securely attached and my pie ring fits over them. Crimping was easier with the wide rim, and nothing stuck—excellent release.
