5 ft Firewood Rack with Weather Cover - Heavy-Duty Log Storage
Product description
What you get: a 5-foot firewood rack and a fitted weather cover sold together as a storage set. The rack is built from 1.2 mm thick steel tubing finished with a double powder coat to resist rust and wear. The matching cover is made from heavy-duty 600D Oxford fabric with a PU exterior layer and a PVC inner layer to repel water and pests.
Capacity and dimensions: the holder accommodates roughly a 1/4 cord (plus) of split firewood. Rack footprint and height measure 60.2 x 13.8 x 48.4 inches, while the cover fits at 60.2 x 24 x 42 inches — sized to sit on porches, patios, decks, under eaves, or in the yard.
Weather protection: the coated fabric is formulated to remain flexible in a wide range of temperatures and keeps logs shielded from rain and insects. The cover closes securely and the coated steel frame reduces direct exposure of the wood to moisture.
Ventilation and function: the elevated design holds wood off the ground for better airflow and easier stacking. Downward vents and open bottom space reduce condensation and allow drying, which helps prevent mildew and rot while keeping the pile usable.
Installation and care: the set is designed for quick assembly with matched parts, so the cover fits the rack without guesswork. The cover is easy to clean by brushing or wiping, and the rack can be stabilized with pavers or foot pads if placed on soil or grass.
Pros
- Robust powder-coated steel frame
- Thick PU-coated 600D cover keeps logs dry

Cons
- Black finish can fade with prolonged sun exposure

VerdictThis combo of a 5 ft log rack and matching protective cover offers solid construction and practical features for keeping firewood dry and organized. The thick steel frame and coated fabric deliver season-long protection and good ventilation, and assembly is straightforward. Expect occasional cosmetic fading in direct sun and to raise the rack off bare ground to limit bolt corrosion, but overall it

Not visually appealing
The brown cover turned a pinkish shade within days and without a top bar it droops in the center. It keeps wood dry but doesn’t look good. I wouldn’t repurchase for looks.

Easy to put together, stable, and good quality overall.

Does the job
Works well overall, though not extremely rigid. I added a bottom platform so the logs sit secure and it helped a lot.

Pleased after setup
Assembly was straightforward. I added a ratchet strap across the top to prevent spreading under load. The cover is well designed and lets me open one side at a time; fabric seems durable especially out of direct sun.

Excellent quarter-cord rack
The package felt light so I worried it would be flimsy, but it’s actually solid. Very easy to assemble. Thinking I’ll pick up another one.

Very sturdy once assembled
Solid build and a thick cover that keeps logs dry. I fastened a board to the bottom so pieces don’t fall through using adhesive and it works fine. I’ll buy another.

Own three — very satisfied
I have three racks (two quarter-cord, one half-cord). All assembled quickly, are sturdy, light when empty, and easy to relocate. Would buy again.

Great for stacked wood — watch sun exposure
Bought two to hold my season’s cut and they’ve worked very well. Sturdy build, easy to assemble, and the cover keeps things dry. The black finish has lightened a bit after months in direct sun, so shade helps.

Too big for my patio but well made
I returned a larger size and ordered a smaller one for my patio. Assembly was quick and the rack felt solid. The zippered cover keeps wood dry even in storms — great if you have the space.

Holding up after two seasons
Bought to store firepit wood after a storm and it’s performed great. Easy to put together and holds about a 1/4 cord. The cover zips and clips down tight. Note: the base bolts began to rust when sitting on soil; I now set pavers under each leg and will touch up the bolts.
