15" Round Cordierite Pizza Stone — Oven & Grill Baking Stone
Product description
Durable Cordierite Build: This 15-inch baking surface is made of natural cordierite that’s kiln-fired to create a dense, heat-retaining stone. The material resists thermal shock and stands up to high temperatures, rated safe up to 1,450°F for grilling and oven use.
How it crisps crusts: The stone’s porous surface draws moisture away from dough and spreads heat evenly across the bottom of the bake. That moisture-wicking action and even thermal transfer help produce a golden, crunchy crust compared with conventional metal pans.
Where to use it: Designed for versatility, the round stone works in conventional ovens, gas and charcoal grills, pellet cookers and other outdoor cooking setups. Its 15" diameter offers a roomy, stable area suitable for most home-style pizzas and loaves.
Included and ready to use: The package includes the 15" cordierite stone plus care and usage instructions and a simple recipe card. The stone arrives protected and ready to be rinsed, dried and brought up to temperature before first use.
Care and longevity: Let the stone cool completely before cleaning. Remove stuck-on food with a scraper and rinse with warm water only — avoid soaps or detergents, which can be absorbed by the porous surface. With proper care this ceramic baking stone is reusable and built for many seasons of oven and grill baking.

Performs Flawlessly on High-Heat Grills
Used this on a 22" Weber running 750–850°F and briefly over 900°F — it worked flawlessly. Pizzas came out great with no issues. Packaging was excellent with foam protection, and the stone arrived in a plastic bag with instructions and a recipe card. No chips or cracks; smooth top, textured underside. Very well made and finished.

Saved Our Oven Routine — Consistent Results
My stepson had been tossing pies directly on the oven grates, so I bought this to protect the oven and improve crusts. I rinsed it, let it dry, then showed him to preheat the stone in the oven before sliding pizzas on. Thick enough to hold heat and now every pie cooks more evenly without soggy bottoms.

Crispier Bottoms Than a Metal Pan
The difference was obvious — bottoms are noticeably crisper than with my old metal pan. Heat distribution is even, cutting down on undercooked spots. Now my go-to for weekend pizza nights.
